Your screencast is such a wonderful way to reflect on your learning and share your ideas with us. Video is really engaging on a blog because in terms of SiSoMo it has SIght and SOund and MOtion, which is really captivating.
I also really enjoyed the way you were thoughtful in what changes you felt should be made to the triathlon in the future.
Next time, check that your written sentences have capital letters for names and the beginning of sentences as this shows how much you care about your writing making sense.

Next time I will definitely try to look for Capital letters in my writing and making sure the sentence makes sense.
